My passion and interest in food began from a young age when I used to follow my Swedish Grandfather, who was a chef in Gothenburg, around his kitchen. His enthusiasm and zest for healthy, interesting both homemade and fancy restaurant style food rubbed off and many years later, via a period at Prue Leith’s School of Food and Wine, I carried that same energy and desire into my own kitchen.
With the help of many equally skilled hands, we at The Table Affair produce food which is made from the freshest, finest and where possible, locally sourced produce, so that each and every dish is prepared to suit the exact requirements for your event.
